About Reiki 

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and around us. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki helps you to keep your life force energy high!

In Reiki Level I class you will learn about the energy and life force that flows through and around you. You will also be attuned and learn to heal yourself including your body, emotions, mind and spirit ~ creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.

Reiki's use & effectiveness is available to everyone and has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds.

No Experience is necessary! There is no prerequisite for Level I Class. REIKI LEVEL ONE will open you to energy, self healing and lead to a more balanced and peaceful life.

Brief Reiki I Class Outline

Teacher: Joanna LEARN MORE>
You will learn the history and tradition of Reiki via a course manual that's yours to keep.
We will discuss Energy & the Chakras and how that Energy flows through and around you and all living things.
You will learn the hand placements for healing on yourself, others & animals.
We will break for lunch together.
You will learn the Level I Reiki symbol and receive the Reiki Level I attunement.
You will receive level I certification and  a RiPpLe Certificate of Completion.
No Experience is necessary!
There is no prerequisite for Level I Class.
REIKI LEVEL ONE will open you to energy, self healing and lead to a more balanced and peaceful life.
